Finance/Remittance Department Director
Int'l. Wire Transfer/Telex Department,
International Monetary Fund,(IMF).

ATTN Beneficiary,

I hope this message finds you well and in good spirits. My name is Bernard Lauwers, and I currently serve as Director of the Finance and Remittance Department within the International Wire Transfer/Telex Division at the International Monetary Fund (IMF). I am reaching out in relation to a pending transaction in which you were listed as the beneficiary.

Some time ago, I was approached through a third-party connection by an individual claiming to represent you. We entered into an agreement where I was to assist in facilitating the release of a substantial sum, with your name submitted as the rightful beneficiary. In return, I was promised a percentage of the transferred amount.

However, after securing the necessary approvals and initiating the payment process, your so-called representative breached our agreement by refusing to provide your contact details and subsequently became uncooperative. Due to this, and in an effort to protect myself, I suspended the transaction and removed your Payment Initialization Code (PIC), thereby halting the transfer entirely.

I now believe it is only fair to approach you directly. If you wish to proceed, I would require your assurance that this matter will remain confidential and that you will not involve the aforementioned intermediary. With your cooperation, I can facilitate the release of your funds discreetly and securely, without interference from third parties.

Please confirm your willingness to proceed under these terms, and I will share further instructions.

May the peace of our Jesus Christ be upon you.

Faithfully Yours in Him.

Bernard Lauwers.
