Motorcycle driver in fatal Denver crash was going more than double the speed limit

Jacob Blackmon was driving his motorcycle between 120 and 140 mph on southbound Interstate 25, approaching the Interstate 70 interchange, police said. The speed limit in that area is 55 mph.
