Updates to Review Timeframes and Resubmission Fees, New Intake Checklists
Beginning July 1, 2025, the city is adjusting review timeframes for site plans, subdivision plans, and house grading plans in in accordance with House Bill 2660.
Additionally, the city’s adopted FY 2026 Budget includes new resubmission fees for site plans and subdivision plans, also effective July 1, 2025.
Finally, the City has made available on its Permit and Application Library intake checklists for both site plans and house grading plans to help ensure submissions are complete for acceptance and to prevent unnecessary review delays.
