Bryan Kohberger is pleading guilty in court to the murder of four University of Idaho students in 2022, in a deal with prosecutors to avoid the death penalty.

Kohberger would be sentenced to 10 years for the burglary charge and a fixed life sentence on the four counts of homicide, according to the agreement.
