Updated Payments Terms

We’re updating our Payments Terms of Service to support our evolving business and new features, and to address upcoming laws and regulations.

The updated Payments Terms will go into effect for existing users on September 8, 2025.

We encourage you to review the updated Payments Terms in full and download a copy for your records. We’ve also provided an overview of how our Payments Terms are changing in our Help Center.

If you disagree with the updated Payments Terms, you may terminate your agreement with Airbnb at any time by deleting your account at no cost or penalty to you. Unless you delete your account, you will be deemed to have accepted the updated Payment Terms.
