At Least 32 Dead in Texas Floods, Including 14 Children

Rescuers are conducting desperate searches along the Guadalupe River in Central Texas after fast-moving floodwaters swept away an unknown number of people. About two dozen children who had been at a summer camp were among the missing, officials said.
