No president in U.S. history has used his position of power to profit as much as Donald Trump, who just had the most lucrative year of his life.

Trump is
now worth a record $7.3 billion, reports Forbes’ Dan Alexander. That’s up from $4.3 billion in 2024, when he was still running for office.

And while cryptocurrency has played a pivotal role in boosting the president’s wealth—Trump and his three sons announced crypto venture World Liberty Financial in September 2024—
almost everything in his portfolio is performing well.

Trump’s real-estate licensing business, which had stalled out for years, has come roaring back to life, with new deals across the globe. In the U.S., the president’s golf-and-club portfolio continues to thrive, as profits jumped an estimated 30% in 2024, adding roughly $325 million to his net worth.
