We're reaching out to inform you about our limited operations over the upcoming public holidays in Hong Kong. Our response times for certain services may be delayed, so here's what to expect:
On October 1 (Wednesday), October 7 (Tuesday), and October 29 (Wednesday):
- Reap Card: Processing times for collateral/repayment requests and physical card shipping issues might be delayed. Please send the necessary collateral in advance to ensure that a sufficient credit limit is in place.
- Reap Pay: No payouts will be initiated on October 1, 7 & 29. To ensure timely transfers, please schedule important payments before or after these dates.
- General Support: Our Customer Experience Team will be here to support you and answer your questions at hello@reap.global
