This add-on transforms your Pioneer into a manual CNC router, letting you cut straight lines with most popular guide rails, including Festool and Makita. It attaches to any Pioneer jig and doubles as a precision edge guide.

Setup couldn’t be easier:

1. Attach the add-on to your jig.

2. Lower it onto your guide rail.

3. Tighten for zero-tolerance milling.

That’s it—ready to cut furniture panels, chair sides, or even custom tabletops with absolute accuracy.

It’s not limited to cutting a single straight line—you can also adjust the distance from the guide and mill multiple passes at varying offsets, all using the same reference line.
