Hey dupa

If I only had 30 seconds to teach someone how to be more confident, this is what I’d tell them:

In your next interaction say one more sentence than feels comfortable.

That’s it.

If you’re at the grocery store and usually just say "thanks," ask if it’s always this busy.

If you bump into someone in your building, ask how long they’ve lived there.

If you’re in an Uber, ask your driver how their day’s been so far.

You don’t need a perfect line or a clever joke.

You just need that one extra sentence.

Because confidence doesn’t come from waiting to feel ready…

It comes from proving to yourself, over and over, that you can handle a little more than you thought.

And once you do that a few times, something clicks.

You start realizing confidence isn’t a big "aha" moment…

It’s a muscle - one you build in tiny moments that most people skip.

Talk soon,
Charlie

P.S. If you try this - saying just one extra sentence - you’ll start to notice something:

Each small moment makes the next one easier.

This is how real confidence grows.

Not from pretending to be someone else, but from proving (in tiny ways) that you can handle more than your fear says you can.

This is also what Charisma University is all about…

Helping you build that kind of quiet, lasting confidence step by step.

It gives you clear, easy-to-follow exercises that help you feel comfortable anywhere, whether you’re meeting someone new, speaking up at work, or just trying to come out of your shell.

And if it doesn’t help, you don’t pay - it’s backed by a 60-day money-back guarantee :-)
