Yesterday I ate too much food, A 

  • ate my bodyweight in stuffing 

  • drank a few glasses of tasty vino

  • woke up bloated and feeling soft today

So here’s how I’ll punish myself for being a fatty.

And how I’ll rapidly lose the fat I gained:


I won't


I'm not going to punish myself for enjoying a holiday with my family.

It wouldn't do much of anything except make it hard to stick to my plan afterward. 

Fatteo would've freaked out and gone into a negative thought spiral about this. 

Then done something stupid like a 24 hour fast. 


Nothing you can do in a day will make you fat. Nothing you can do in a day will get you ripped. 


Fitness is nine-inning game. 

You can't smash a home run and call it a day. 

It's about consistent effort for the long-haul. 


No matter how long you've been off track... or how badly you feel like you fucked up...


Just get back on track.


That's the secret.
