The Denver-based burger chain closed its sole downtown location on the ground floor of the Tabor Center in recent weeks.

The 7-story, 131,000-square-foot building at 3200 E. Cherry Creek South Drive just sold for $52 million. The sellers paid $33 million for it in May 2020.
