United begins cutting flights in Denver as FAA orders shutdown-related reductions

United Airlines on Thursday began cutting flights in and out of Denver International Airport scheduled through Sunday as the Federal Aviation Administration orders reductions to air traffic at major airports across the country due to the government shutdown.
