And in that moment something clicked for me.
Leaders don’t fall apart.
They don’t spiral.
They don’t let tech, chaos, or bad timing pull them out of their power.
They flow.
They stay.
They trust themselves more than the moment.
Because leadership isn’t the polished setup.
It’s not the perfect lighting.
It’s not the flawless tech.
It’s who you are when the whole thing cracks open.
That’s when your real authority shows.
In your energy.
In your steadiness.
In the way you laugh about it afterward and keep going.
That’s the difference between running a show… and leading one.
I wanted to share this with you because I know so many of you hold back from running your own virtual events.
Not because you can’t lead… but because you’re scared something might go wrong.
Things will go wrong. And you’ll still rise.
Because it’s never the tech that makes the moment.
It’s you.
And the more you show up, the more your confidence grows, and the safer your audience feels in your world.
That’s how leaders are made.
