DoorDash to pay $18M to settle Chicago lawsuit over alleged deceptive pandemic business practices

The city of Chicago announced an $18 million settlement Friday in its four-year-old lawsuit against DoorDash alleging the food delivery service engaged in deceptive business practices during the pandemic — at the expense of customers, restaurants and drivers.
