Mewa is one of our first lots from Tamiru Tadesse of Alo Coffee, marking a new chapter in our sourcing journey.
This coffee was produced by smallholders in Mewa Village, then naturally processed at Gemechu station, where it was dried over 3-4 weeks, allowing a distinct and complex profile to develop.
Mewa offers a true expression of Ethiopian coffee character; delicate and elegant, with fruit-forward notes of mango, white wine, and pear.
