Smart Lawyer - Powering Law Firms with AI Onboarding
Veyco has developed Smart Lawyer, an AI product for legal onboarding inside law firms, which replaces complex legal forms with guided conversational journeys, helping clients’ complete regulatory processes accurately and in plain English. This is particularly useful in legal conveyancing, where sellers are required to complete the Property Information Form, which is dense, repetitive, and full of legal jargon.
QEST: The Commercial Opportunity
Veyco has rolled out QEST, its Qualified Electronic Signature platform, which was developed and is supported by HMLR following a policy change by HM Land Registry on 1 August 2025. The platform aims to make the TR1 signing process simple, faster, and completely secure, with the full process between lawyer and clients taking maximum 10 minutes to complete. The last occasion Land Registry announced a policy change of this magnitude was in 2021, whereby they promoted the use of online identity checking for law firms and estate agents. This led to the adoption of digital onboarding by both established and start-up technology providers on a mass scale. Veyco is building a defensible moat through proprietary AI systems, early partner integration, and alignment with legal and regulatory changes.
This is a very exciting stage of growth for Veyco across these products, this is not speculative tooling or experimental automation. They are delivering infrastructure that integrates directly into legal workflows, solving real-world problems at scale and seeing immediate results in signing significant valuable contracts.
This technology business will be in significant revenue from January 2026 from a standing start which is astonishing.
They are currently raising £500,000 now of which £350,000 has already been raised and committed to support deployment across signed partners,expand the platform adoption, and accelerate product development across onboarding, identity, and execution. Minimum investment is £10,000 and is EIS qualifying with HMRC advanced assurance.
Targeting a conservative minimum 5x + return on investment in the next 3 years.
