What a truly exciting week it was at Centreville! The Book Fair and Thanksgiving Lunch gave us a wonderful opportunity to connect with so many of our incredible families. We want to take a moment to express our deepest gratitude for your unwavering partnership, support, and dedication. It is only together that we can ensure every single student succeeds. Your commitment, alongside ours, is essential to ensuring the success of every student. We feel immensely grateful for our entire Centreville community, which demonstrated a profound sense of belonging this past week. As a reminder, next week we only have 2 days of school.

December to Remember: Staff Appreciation
During the month of December, we would like to take a moment to celebrate and thank our amazing CES staff! They have gone above and beyond each day, so we would like to show our appreciation through treats and surprises. We can not do this without your help! If you are able, please sign up for an item(s) below and drop it off at the front office by Tuesday, December 2nd. You can also send it with your child and have them take it down to the office any time prior to December 2nd. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to reach out. Full-Time AAP Referral Deadline
FCPS has a common annual window for full-time AAP referrals — anytime from the first day of school up through Monday, December 15.
No late submissions are considered, so it is especially important that families receive multiple notices of this deadline. Notices of the window include:
- Sept/Oct local school newsletter about the AAP continuum of services and screening processes.
- Sept/Oct local school family information meetings.
- At least one reminder from the local school by early December (see below).
