When we do not reach our health goals, we may reproach ourselves and feel a sense of failure. These feelings may lead us to pull away from others or give up on our goals, which only makes us feel worse in the long run.
To break this cycle of shame and withdrawal, we need to reset by setting reasonable and sustainable goals. Only then can we apply mindfulness strategies to create healthy habits that last. In this webinar, you will learn:
How to set achievable health goals
How to use mindfulness approaches to cultivate self-compassion
How to reframe and distance yourself from negative thought patterns
