Congratulations to Let Me Run!
 A big shout-out to the Let Me Run Boys Running Club for completing their 5k last weekend. Amazing job!
Turkey Trot: Thank You & Keep Going!
A huge THANK YOU to everyone who joined us for the Turkey Trot yesterday! We are so grateful to our amazing volunteers—this event wouldn’t have been possible without you. Families showed up in full force to cheer, and our students ran their hearts out. What an incredible day!
The PTA is tallying up all those lap cards—class winners will be announced soon!
Fundraising Progress
We’re thrilled to share that we’ve raised $5,000 so far, which means the entire school has earned a Wacky Hair Day celebration! Stay tuned for details.
We’re currently at just over 70% of our $10,000 goal, and fundraising continues until November 30.
Let’s keep the momentum going!
- The class that raises the most money will win a pizza party.
- All Students who raise $20 will get a sticker
- All students who raise $150 will get a trip to the Thankful Treasure Box

- Registration is FREE and open to all students.
- You don’t need to collect donations to participate—just register and help your class win!

Spirit Week & Compliment Competition
This week, we celebrated a special Thankful Spirit Week. We are grateful to everyone who brought food donations to Thanksgiving Lunch.
In addition, the class that received the most compliments this week will enjoy a pie party with Principal Duffy! The winner will be announced soon!
Reflections submissions are due today!
The Bush Hill PTA is proud to partner again with VA and National PTA to participate in the Reflections program. The Reflections theme for 2025-2026 is “I Belong.”
Submissions are due today, Friday November 21st by 11:59 p.m.
To enter students must complete the entry form (Reflections Rules & Entry Form 25-26.pdf) including the artist statement and submit the form and art electronically to the PTA dropbox.
