The catalogue for our final auction of the year is now live and will be taking place across Tuesday 9 & Wednesday 10 December, the full catalogue can be viewed here. The catalogue will feature over 350 lots with more to be added in the coming days and a selection of highlighted lots can be viewed below.

Inviting instructions for our 27 January auctionWe are also inviting instructions for our first auction of 2026, which will be taking place on Tuesday 27 January and will feature lots across the UK, including a mix of residential, commercial and development opportunities. Our first auction of the year has proven to be a particularly busy sale across the last couple of years, and with over 100 lots already due to be included at this early stage, January 2026 looks to follow this trend.
