Your energy tells the real story... here’s what it’s saying.  ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏

Hey Robert,

Over the years, I’ve met thousands of people who felt stuck in their health, relationships, or finances and had no idea why.

And almost every time, the real reason lived in their energy field.

In this new interview, I explain why.

It’s titled “Energy Healer: How Your Energy Field Shapes Your Health, Love and Money.

And inside it, we break down some of the most overlooked reasons why people stay blocked even when they’re doing everything right.

For the first time publicly, I shared what happens when your energy field is out of alignment.

How it impacts your health...

Your relationships...

Your purpose...

We also explored something most people don’t realize:
A lot of the “problems” you carry aren’t actually yours.

They can be emotional residue, generational patterns, or gifts you shut down years ago.

And when your gifts are suppressed, your energy dims.

That’s often when the body begins to break down.

Watch the video here

In this conversation, we talk about:

  • Why people feel stuck or drained even when they try everything
  • How trauma and emotions show up in the energy field
  • Why shutting down your gifts can create physical symptoms
  • How your heart field affects the partners you attract
  • The energetic patterns that shape money and receiving
  • Why healing isn’t about fixing yourself but clearing what isn’t you
  • How to know if a block is generational, emotional, or energetic
  • The signs your energy is asking for attention

We also talked about something deeply personal...

What happens when you stop running from who you are...

And start remembering your gifts.

If you’ve ever felt meant for more but couldn’t explain why…

If your body feels heavy or tired…

If you keep repeating the same relationship patterns…

Or if abundance always seems to slip away…

This interview will bring clarity.

Your energy field is shaping everything long before the results show up. And once you clear the blocks, life shifts fast.

Opportunities open.

Pain softens.

The right people appear.

And you feel more like yourself again.

If you have missed our previous HTML emails explaining what our company does, here is an interview that Oliver did called: Hello, friends. I am so excited to be sitting next to my dear friend Oliver Nino, known as the Spiritual Activator. He is a thought leader and an energy healer, and I feel like when a lot of people hear those terms, they wonder, "What does that actually mean?" So, I can't wait to dive in and find out what it is you do. It's the hardest question for me to answer. When I'm out and about, people ask, "So, what do you do?" and I think, "How much time do I have?" If I don’t have a lot of time, I just say, "We write books, we do a lot of work online, we do internet marketing." I don’t really go into the depths of it. Sometimes, I say, "We do life coaching or energy healing here and there." But really, it’s a deeper conversation. Depending on who's asking and how much time we have, I might just say, "Yeah, we sell books online." Okay, well, thank you so much for joining us! That was so much fun. Yeah, that's it! We sell books. So, you're an energy healer, but you call yourself the Spiritual Activator. I was curious—how did you come up with that name? Mandy did. No way! Yeah! I remember we were living in Sedona. A lot of times, when you're immersed in something, you don’t see certain things about yourself, but your significant other does. She noticed that after people spent time around me, their spiritual gifts would open up. They would become more psychic, start healing, or suddenly have premonitions. Often, they would start channeling while they were with me. And it wasn’t happening just once—it was happening more and more, even to people who had never experienced anything like that before. Mandy told me, "Your energy is doing this. When people are around you, you're a spiritual activator." I was like, "Oh?" I had never heard the term before, but she actually coined it. Wow! I love that backstory. I want to hone in on the word "spiritual." Because I was recently talking to Mandy, and I feel like people think "spiritual" means you're super woo-woo and not grounded in reality. There’s a woman named Jessa Reed—I told you about her podcast, which I love—and she says that everyone is making spirituality seem so weird. But in reality, everybody is a spirit, so everybody is spiritual. It doesn’t necessarily mean you have to be wearing a long skirt and calling yourself Moonflower or Lily Pad, right? Exactly. So, how do you connect with people who think spirituality is too "woo-woo" or are scared of the word when you tell them you're the Spiritual Activator? It’s interesting because, a lot of the time, when people come across my content online, I’m not introducing myself right away. Instead, I talk about situations people experience. I’d say about 70 to 80% of people who find us online don’t know what chakras are or what energy healing is. They’ve never picked up a book on spirituality. By definition, they don’t consider themselves spiritual. I’m their first introduction to it. The way I talk about it is exactly how you described it. We all have an energetic body. We are all affected by energy. Everyone has a spirit and a soul, but we just don’t talk about it. Since it applies to everybody, I frame it in a way that resonates with people’s real-life experiences. For example, I don’t ask, "Are you doing your mantra? Do you have mala beads? What kind of crystals do you have? What do you do on the full moon?" Instead, I ask, "Have you ever walked into a crowded place and suddenly felt overwhelmed? Have you ever stared at the back of someone’s head, and then they turned around as if they sensed you? Has someone’s name ever popped into your head randomly, and then they texted or emailed you, or you bumped into them?" To me, spirituality isn't just about a movement or New Age trends. It’s something that has existed since the beginning of time. It just hasn’t always been called "spirituality," but it has always been there. So why are so many people not spiritual? It's been around forever. I'm obviously spiritual, but why do you think so many people say, "Oh, that’s not for me," or "That’s too weird"? I think it’s how spirituality is depicted nowadays. People think they have to fit a certain mold—that they have to meditate all day, live on a mountain, wear white, and survive on air. That’s why, in the beginning, I didn’t want to call myself a healer or a Spiritual Activator. I didn’t fit the stereotype. I wasn’t meditating for 18 hours a day. I loved earthly things, business, rock and roll, and enjoying life. Nothing about me screamed, "I want to devote myself to a spiritual life." But then I realized everyone is spiritual. We are all born with it. Spirituality, to me, just means being in touch with your inner nature and authenticity. I also think people avoid it because they fear being ostracized by their loved ones. Some people have religious beliefs that make them wary of spirituality. Others think it’s too "out there." But in reality, it’s just a part of who we are. Yeah, I love that you said there are many elements to it. I think people who are unfamiliar with spirituality sometimes want something practical. They ask, "Do I have to give up my life and go live on a mountain or in an ashram in India to be happy?" But one thing I love about your approach is how you make spirituality practical for everyone. That’s why people resonate with it. Exactly! I’ve met people who are deeply spiritual by definition, but they would never call themselves spiritual. My mom, for example, has spiritual gifts—she dreams about things, and they always come true. But when I tell her, "Mom, you're psychic," she says, "Oh no, I’m not." Because in Catholicism, being psychic is frowned upon. So, it’s really just a labeling issue. I even have friends who are super intuitive, but they reject the idea of spirituality because they think it’s "too granola." They don’t realize they’re already tapping into spiritual experiences. That reminds me—something you’ve said before that I find interesting (and maybe a little controversial) is that healing is a phase. Some people argue that healing is an ongoing journey, that you’re always healing and will never fully figure it out. What do you have to say about that? Is healing really a phase? Yes, I believe healing is a phase. We’re not born broken. We don’t come out of the womb thinking, "I’m not good enough," or "The world is full of pain." Those beliefs come from life experiences. If something isn’t our natural state, then it can be healed. Healing is just a phase we go through, like childhood, adolescence, or adulthood. However, healing has become a lifelong sentence for many people because they look around and see others struggling. They hear messages that healing is never-ending, so they believe it. But I’ve met people who have healed, and now they just focus on growth and purpose. That doesn’t mean they won’t face challenges—it just means their baseline has shifted. Instead of constantly fighting to feel okay, they naturally feel good, and any challenges they face are opportunities for expansion, not survival. To me, healing is about removing the blocks that keep us from feeling joy, abundance, and peace. Once those blocks are gone, we’re no longer stuck in a cycle of struggle. We can move into expansion and growth. Wow, that makes so much sense. Thank you for sharing that perspective! People see it’s that easy. When I see people make life-changing decisions, it’s never the buildup—it’s the moment. Think about it. “I do,” or “I’m done.” Right? Someone says “I do,” and it’s a moment that changes everything. “I’m done with this marriage”—a moment that changes everything. “Wow, I’m taking this job,” “I’m quitting this job,” “I’m relocating,” “I’m staying here,” “I’m opening my heart,” “I’m closing it,” “I’m speaking my truth,” “I’m hiding.” All these decisions, they might seem small, but they change everything. So, to me, what changes your reality is a moment of bravery, like choosing for things to be different and then acting on it—courage. The one key clarity component of what you just said is clarity. Clarity. And as you know, it’s almost like divine that I’m in such a space of non-clarity to be doing this interview. There are a lot of people who might feel depressed, sad, or anxious and just so badly desire to make a decision—they know something needs to change but they don’t know what it is and they’re scared to make the wrong decision. What do you have to say to people? And energetically, how can we work on ourselves if we don’t have the resources to work with an energy healer to gain clarity so that we can come to that one life-changing moment? To me, a lot of times, this is actually a lot easier for people—they just don’t realize they have it within them. Because if I look at it, when there are a lot of things coming at you in a day, let’s imagine right now if there were 100 radio stations, all playing at the same time. Which one will you hear? None of them. Yeah, and that’s what happens. Even though there’s one that you really like, you’re not going to hear it because there are 99 others. So, what ends up happening is, I don’t think people don’t have clarity. I think there’s that intuitive ping, that nudge, that clarity, but then you won’t hear it if there’s a lot of noise. It gets drowned out. So, to me, I’m a big believer in the idea that if you don’t have clarity, change your environment for a bit. Remove all the things that interfere with you externally. Remove all the noise. Like, if you look at your day and the things that throw you off, get you triggered, or get you thinking a certain way that you don’t like—get the self-thought going—ask yourself: Is it social media? Is it my email? Is it watching something? Is it going somewhere? Is it talking to a friend? All those things can radically change your mood. Remove them. And it doesn’t have to be forever. It could be a day, a few days, a week. Just be in silence. And when you’re in silence, two things happen. Things will randomly come up that you’re like, “Hmm, that’s an interesting idea.” To me, that’s probably a sign that you need to follow. Or things that may be a little bit faint, and you might think, “Oh, that can’t be it” because you’re not used to your intuition being strong. So, it’s going to be a little bit of a whisper, and you might doubt it at first. You might be like, “I don’t know. I might be making it up.” But those, to me, are signs that, if they come up in a place of solitude where there’s no distraction or noise, you can hear yourself. At the very beginning, it is a trust-building exercise because when you follow it, it brings you what you want. Right? And then you’re like, “That worked.” Over time, you’ll realize, even if your mind’s not buying it, even though you’re not sure, historically, it just works. So, you just do it because you know your truth, what you’re feeling, is leading you somewhere beautiful. But at the very beginning, it’s a very hard trust exercise to follow that because it’s typically not validated by your mind. It typically is beyond your comfort zone. It’s typically something that scares you. But you can only hear it when there’s no noise. Or it’s something that you know is true, but you think, “Oh, gosh, but it’s so hard to do. Who am I going to lose when I do it? What’s the uncertainty I’m going to step into?” The fear. So, sometimes, a lot of times, people know what they need to do, but it’s just so hard to do. It’s scary. It’s scary, so they’re like, “I don’t want to break up with a friend or this person. Where am I going to work? How am I going to make friends if I move?” All those things. So, if you work with an energy healer like you, does working with someone with gifts like yours expedite this process? Yeah, it’s funny because the energy healing thing is... for a while, I started off as an energy healer, then my identity shifted, and I went to just training thousands of healers from all over the world. I actually focus on certifying and training people, and now I’m back to doing healings. It’s fun now. And it’s changed. Back in the day, it was one-on-one. Now it’s like 5,000 or 6,000 people at the same time. It’s insane. And I’m like, “Wow, I didn’t even know I could do this, but I’m doing it.” And what I’ve realized is that, to me, people can get energy healing or people can do it themselves. You don’t have to have a healer to do it. It’s not like you can’t have success without a healer, but it definitely speeds it up. To me, when I’m working with somebody, I can feel where the energy blocks are because everything is in your body. Let’s say in your heart. You could have energy there that’s trapped from four breakups, two deaths, the kid who made fun of you when you were younger, abandonment issues... and people yelling at you, saying not nice things. And next thing you know, in your heart, you’ve got four things that are generationally passed down that you don’t even know. One could be gestational because your mom went through something, and there can be traumatic life events in your life, or it could just be in your environment right now. If you’re lending energy to people or they’re depending on you, or they’re draining you, it tugs on your heart. It’s the environment, and it can be your self-talk and emotions. They’re all in there. I don’t need to know how all of this is connected, because when those blocks are removed, you simply move forward in life. It’s kind of like the lights we have here. The electrician probably knows how they’re wired and how it works, but to me, I’m like “on, off.” Right? So, you don’t really need to know the intricacies of it. I mean, it’s cool if you do, but it doesn’t affect the fact that you just have to do this. So, to me, the things holding people back are the blocks in your energetic field that are caused by a lot of different things, preventing you from what you want. When you remove them, you move forward. Wow. How energy works. Yeah, I’ve experienced this firsthand. And let’s get into the nitty-gritty of what you’re physically doing. When you and I met, you came on my podcast, and then you worked on me. I live in Los Angeles, and we met over Zoom. We shut off the Zoom, and I laid down in my bed, and you were working on my body in LA from Colorado. Oh my gosh! Yeah. I want to know, what are you doing when you're here? Are you moving your hands? What physically is happening? Because I was feeling sensation in my body in LA. How does that work? To me, energy is like... if you can think about someone and they’re affecting you when they’re not even here, that’s how energy works. Right? It doesn’t matter where you are in the world. We affect each other just through energy. To me, energy happens faster than the speed of light. It happens at the speed of intention. That’s why there have been times when I’m feeling good, and then all of a sudden I think, “Why am I anxious? Why am I anxious? This is crazy. I normally don’t feel anxious.” And then I get an email from someone who’s anxious, and they’re from another country. Wow. To me, it doesn’t matter if they’re spiritual or not. Energy affects us the same. So, if we can affect each other negatively, then we can also do it positively, regardless of location. So, for me, when I’m working with people, I like moving my hands. I’m more of a physical person. I’m literally imagining you in front of me, and I can feel where your blocks are. I’m working as long as I can in each area to remove the block and then replace it with something positive. So, to me, if someone saw me, it would look like I’m doing spiritual surgery. For some people, you do it with their minds. Their eyes are closed, and they’re just doing it in their mind, and it works. I just prefer more physical movement. Other people, I have students that I’ve trained who are in a dark room, with headphones on, listening to something meditative. In their mind, they’re doing everything. They’re imagining themselves doing it, but they’re not doing the physical movements, and it still works. For me, that’s how it looks—it looks like I’m working on air. Everybody can heal. Think about the body—the body is designed to self-heal. We are. Our bodies are designed to self-heal. Right? You get a wound, and it heals. The only reason it can’t heal as fast is because we have a lot of blocks. When blocks are removed, our body is designed to self-heal. Our main body, our identity, is self-healing. It’s just that there are so many blocks in the way that we can’t do it efficiently. So, to me, our main nature is that we’re gifted. We come with these things. That’s why you have kids who are super gifted early on. They can see the unseen, they can feel things that are behind closed doors, they know things. Because we come gifted. But at a certain age, we turn it down. We dim our lights because maybe it’s traumatic. Maybe our family members are afraid of it, and we don’t want to scare them. Maybe we don’t want to be ostracized or made fun of, so we dim it a little bit. Maybe we’re rebelling. We think, “The world isn’t safe, screw this, I’m going to turn my heart off and live in another reality.” But to me, our most natural nature is that we have these gifts. And at times, when you’re healing and working on your purpose, and you’re doing the work, I feel like these gifts come back to us—whether that’s in a premonition or people can see things from the past or the future. I have people I’ve trained who are psychic. They can hold an object and tell you exactly things related to it. I even had one, G, who helped... She had visions of when trafficking was a thing, and people were trying to figure it out—sex trafficking. She would tell us coordinates randomly after my workshop. She’d say, “I have these coordinates,” or “I have these street signs.” She didn’t know what they meant. Then, there would be a bust in the news, and it was the exact same thing. Wow. She’d say, “How do I know this?” And I had another healer, G, who became known for being able to find missing pets. Literally, a pet would be missing, and the owner would send her a picture and the pet’s name. She could connect with the pet’s energy, describe it as wet, shaking, or in front of a warehouse. Then she would give them street signs or locations, and they’d go there and find the pet. To me, that’s crazy! I thought it would just be like you. I have people who work with law enforcement—they touch clothes, and they know things. It’s funny because I have friends who are detectives, and when they walk into a room, they can taste what someone overdosed on. They’ll tell the coroner, and the coroner says, “Yep, how did you know?” And they’ll just shrug and say, “I don’t know.” I believe we’re getting more sensitive as a collective—sensitive to these things. Not everyone knows or wants to buy into it, but it’s happening. People numb out—think about it. People drink a lot because they feel too much. To me, they’re feeling too much energy. People escape to food, work, or alcohol. They eat a lot of sweets, drink too much, because when you do, it kind of dials down the senses so that the energy isn’t too intense. It’s more manageable. People don’t know it—they just judge themselves. “Why do I keep eating junk and sweets and drinking?” They’re not realizing that their gift is on overdrive, and nobody taught them how to manage it. So, they’re doing what they know can help them in the moment, but then they shame themselves. Wow, I feel like that’s me. That’s crazy. I’m always self-sabotaging. Why am I eating so much candy when I know I can have the body I want and feel clear? It feels like it’s numbing emotion, but this feels deeper. So, sugar... I see a lot of healers and channels, and after someone does a huge channeling session, they eat like half a container of ice cream. They’re just eating sweets. That’s me. Or they drink, because what ends up happening is when you eat sweets like that, it actually makes your crown and your third eye smaller. Therefore, less and less energy can flow through it. Why does everything that tastes so good make everything harder? Burgers are my favorite. Why is everything that tastes so good making it hard? It’s not bad. To me, I don’t look at it as bad. I just look at it as the only tool you have in your toolbox. It’s the only thing you have. Some people eat burgers, steak, or French fries. A lot of people who come to our retreats, when we do retreats with very clean eating, I already know it. Because when I have a heavy healing day, they just sneak out and go to McDonald’s or Taco Bell and eat stuff. I’m like, “I won’t tell the chef. I get it. You’re expanding your resources and grounding. No judgment.” But that’s what it is—it’s more of a grounding thing. Maybe you’re a vessel getting a lot of energy, and you’re eating to ground. But would you say it’s really important not to do that to access your gifts? I mean, to me, it’s important for us to expand our resources once we know what’s happening. Because if you’re like, “Gosh, I work with detectives who are known for drinking a lot of whiskey,” it’s not because they’re alcoholics. When they’re looking at crime scenes, they’re tapping into things, and so much stuff is coming in. They drink whiskey because it mellows out the third eye. They’re trying to mitigate something intense happening energetically, and no one ever taught them how to handle it. There’s no conversation or awareness. They’re being judged, and they’re judging themselves based on what society thinks about health. But from an energy perspective, if they had the tools, that wouldn’t be the only tool they use. So, it’s just a matter of needing to know. One little tip—can you give people watching now something they can do at home? Maybe not the whole program or protocol, but I think we’re born with it. The beauty of it is we’re born with these gifts. If you look at what you revert to when you’re stressed, that’s how you clear. For Mandy, she has to move her body—dance, workout. When you move your body, you’re moving energy out. She also journals or likes to be alone. When she’s alone, she’s not processing things for everybody else. Especially if you’re empathic, you can’t process things for yourself because you’re processing for everyone else. So, solitude is important. For me, it’s like a salt bath. If I’m working out, if I’m laughing and having fun with family—my heart opens and laughter helps. It puts me in a high vibration. For some, they go out in nature—they need to be under the sun, or out camping. Look back at the things you loved as a child or the things you do now. When you do them, you feel like you’re distressing or calming down. These things often get overlooked because they don’t sound spiritual, but they are. You’re tapping into your inner being. It’s spiritual—it’s never labeled that way, but it’s exactly what it does. So for me, we all have it. You don’t need to have a crystal or sage to clear. You just have to do what feels good, what works for you. Ideally, you’d do these things, but you don’t need a specific tool. We’ve had it as well. I mean, this is a little more out there, but one of the gifts I was activating with someone was the ability for them to talk with people who have passed. A lot of psychics come to me with this gift that’s very underdeveloped, and when I help them out, it becomes very on-demand and clear. One of them was in disbelief, so we were like, “Okay, let’s practice this.” I know that spirits and energy can play with technology and electricity, so we had a light bulb in front of us. We said, “Practice your psychic ability. You’re talking to a relative who has passed.” For a “yes,” blink once; for a “no,” blink twice; for no answer, don’t do anything. She would ask yes or no questions, and the light would blink—ding, ding, ding. We videotaped it; I was doing this the entire time. So, a lot of times, I’ve seen stuff like that. People like you walk by, and the lights start flickering because their energy is affecting the lights. I’ve had moments where I can’t even explain what happened, and I’m like, “Holy crap, did that just happen?” Are there any gifts that you wish you had? What exactly are your gifts, or what is the full list of your abilities? There’s so much! People can channel, there are mediums, there are people who see images, and there are people who remove blocks like you do. So, can you tell us what yours are, what you've accessed currently? There could be more on the way. I think there’s a lot I don’t know, but spiritual activator is definitely a gift. Healing, for sure. There’s a general list of gifts people can have. Some are psychic, some are channels, and some are transmuters—like you. You’re around someone, and you’re the filter for them. You take their emotions, and if they’re heavy, you run them through yourself and neutralize them, and they feel better. Depending on where you are, you might feel good, but if you’re in a low vibration, you’ll feel everything they felt as you work through it. There are also people who can affect weather and technology. People who tap into the Akashic records just know things. I have clients who, as kids, would have dreams about a fire in the house, see the number, and then the next thing they knew, they’d see it in the newspaper. They just knew about calamities, natural disasters, or events—they could see it all ahead of time. As you get more advanced, it becomes more like things from movies. People who are projectors, for example, have a lot of energy. They can manifest things quickly or destroy things quickly. When they’re in the room, if they’re really negative, everyone feels it. A projector is someone who walks into a room and either lights everyone up or lowers the vibe of the entire room. They’re projecting what’s inside them. These people can manifest things very quickly because they generate a lot of energy. How do we know which one we are? A lot of times, you have clues in your childhood. Gifts don’t usually just come out of the blue unless you’re unconscious of them. There are breadcrumbs from the past. When people start sharing their gift, memories will come up, and they’ll say, “When I was a kid, this always happened.” For example, Mandy is a transmitter. She would tell me that, when she was younger, her teachers would always put her next to kids who had autism or behavioral issues, and they would calm down next to her without her saying anything. They would just behave better. Energy did that! To me, there are always signs from the past. People who say, “I have déjà vu. I’ve already seen this happening”—that’s a sign of your gift. People who say, “I attract a lot of negative people, but when they’re around me, they feel better,” are transmuters. People who have dreams or visions of something happening and then it does—those are signs of being psychic. There are little clues and breadcrumbs from the past that point to our gifts, but if we’re not looking for them, we won’t know. When you remove blocks, are you able to know what people’s gifts are, or do you just help them access them more? Both. Typically, it’s in the moment when I’m around someone. I’ll be like, “You can access it. It’ll come to you.” For example, I knew you were a transmuter when you first came in. I just knew it. It’s like it comes to me naturally. What happens is, scientists have proven that there’s something called the bioenergetic field—what they call the auric field. You have one, I have one. One of the ways energy can be exchanged is when my field interacts with your field. I can read your field if I have the gift. Sometimes, if you think about someone, your intention sends an energetic chord from you to them, and that connects you. So, when people think about you or you think about them—even if they’re not there—they’re still connected energetically. I remember one time in college, I had a sick feeling in my stomach, and my heart was just racing. It felt debilitating. I couldn’t figure out what was happening. I thought I was going crazy. A few days later, I found out my partner had been cheating on me. That’s how I knew—it was an energetic exchange. If you’re in a relationship and you break up with someone, you still feel that connection. It’s kind of like the Japanese red string theory. Do you believe that we’re connected forever? That if you think about someone, they can feel it? I think if you think about someone, they can feel it for sure. But I don’t believe we’re connected forever. Your connection is on a vibrational field, and when you shift vibrations, that connection changes. There are certain vibrations where that connection is severed—whether intentionally or because your vibration is so high that the connection doesn’t exist anymore. If you look at people from your past—like someone who broke your heart in high school or someone who made fun of you in grade school—there was a time when you were affected by it. But now, you feel nothing. That means you’re in a different vibration or frequency than they are. So, when people reconnect years later, and it feels like the same day, it’s because their vibrations aligned again. But if one person is still stuck in a lower vibration, that connection may not be the same anymore. Do you think there’s a limit to how high of a vibration we can reach in this 3D dimension? I think it depends on where you are in your journey. There’s only so high you can go until you expand. Some people can only feel a certain amount until they expand, and then they can feel more. It’s almost like... I don’t think there’s a cap, but there are levels to it. Is that always through pain and suffering? No, it doesn’t have to be. Pain and suffering are just belief systems. We hear things like “No pain, no gain” or “You’ve got to suffer.” But to me, that’s a belief. If we shift the way we think, maybe we can skip unnecessary suffering. We can learn lessons before experiencing them directly. You see people make mistakes, and you’re like, “I’m not going to make that mistake.” You can skip that unnecessary pain and suffering. Crazy, right? But you can do it! There are things that have shown up in my life over and over again intensely, and to me, there’s a chance it could be past life—something wrapping up. How does your family feel about your gifts now? Oh, it’s bragging rights for them now, but they fully accept it. That’s so lucky, because I feel like, when you come from an ethnic background, typically, historically, those types of people can be more... I don’t know if it’s because in my family Latinos are just more religious. It used to be that, honestly, if I hadn’t had the impact I have right now, it would’ve been different. My mom’s friends from high school message her now, saying that they’re signed up for my program. That’s incredible. People from her work—like, you know. And I think when she started seeing the impact, and she saw that because her biggest fear for me and my parents was that they didn’t want me to not be successful in life or happy. So, to them, their path was like: "You have to be a doctor, you have to be a lawyer." I remember when I went into business, they were like, "You should still be a doctor, you should still be a nurse." It didn’t matter; the title was so important to them. The image was so strong that it didn’t matter that I was successful; they said, "You should still do it as a backup, just to be safe." I think it got to a point where they saw the benefit of me standing in my truth. They saw me change my life, change the lives of my sisters, and change the lives of a lot of people around me. They finally saw, like, “Wow, you’re exactly where you need to be.” Now, they’re very proud, but it must have been brave to push through that until you got where you are. So, the first 15 years, they were not accepting. People need to hear that, right? Because sometimes people are scared to come in and be their authentic selves. But it’s incredible that you’re Filipino and in this space, and you’re so commercially successful. You don’t see that often. You don’t see brown or black people in this space being successful in it, so that always meant a lot to me. But I still want to hear about your first healing experience with energy. It’s funny, I didn’t heal myself. My first healing was actually when somebody healed me. I remember, before I became an energy healer, I started off as an entrepreneur. My first love was building businesses, growing them, and selling them. In my earlier stages, I was stuck at a certain level of income. No matter what, I kept thinking, "What can I learn? What limiting beliefs do I need to release? What inner child work do I need to do?" Every buzzword you could think of—I was doing it all. But nothing stuck. I felt like I was throwing everything at the wall and nothing was happening. I was in Orange County at the time. One of my friends, who was intuitive, invited me to meet up with her. I didn’t know anything about energy centers or chakras. She drew everything for me and explained the energy system. I was like, "What the heck is this?" I had never heard of it. I was around 19 or 20 years old. It was before things like the Law of Attraction or Shamanism were mainstream. It was like, "What is all this?" She told me, “I have a healer friend from Australia. You should see him. He can help with whatever’s blocking you.” I signed up, drove from Orange County to Topanga Canyon, and nearly lost my mind in rush-hour traffic. When I finally got there, I walked into an octagon-shaped guest house and immediately smelled something that I didn’t recognize—sage. It smelled weird to me. Then there was chanting in the background. I thought, “Oh my gosh, am I walking into a cult?” This guy comes up, wearing white mala beads, and I thought, “Oh no, if I don’t walk out of here alive, this is it.” He had a thick Australian accent, and I could barely understand him. He told me to sit down, said I had blocks, and that he’d work on them. I was impatient, thinking, “What is going on? Am I wasting my time?” I couldn’t see anything or feel anything. But then, I started hearing a whooshing sound. It was like wind, and there was no wind in the room. I looked around, and he was holding a crystal. I thought, “He’s a sound wave maker.” So I closed my eyes and tried to be patient. Meanwhile, negative thoughts kept coming up, like, “This guy is probably scamming me. What is this evil stuff? What am I doing here?” But then, I felt something in my stomach. At first, I thought it was just me being hungry, but then I realized, "No, this is the block being removed." I felt the growl of hunger, and it was like I was going from hungry to hangry. Luckily, he wrapped it up quickly. He told me, “You have abundance blocks from your dad passed down to you. It was in your heart, and I removed it. You should see a lot of abundance coming in the next four to six weeks.” In my mind, I thought, “Wow, I just got taken twice: not only did this guy make sound waves, but now I have a walking fortune cookie telling me my future.” I didn’t believe it. I left, went to eat, and didn’t think anything of it. But five weeks later, an opportunity came out of nowhere. I didn’t plan for it, and I couldn’t even set an intention for it. I made more money in one day than I had in the entire year. I was hooked. I thought, “You’re telling me that in one hour, this guy removed a block, and I made more money than I ever thought was possible?” I was skeptical, but it still worked. I love that story! Thanks for sharing. How much does someone believing in what you’re doing play into it? Nothing. Someone could sit there the whole time thinking, “This isn’t going to work on me,” and it can still work. The key is being open and showing up—that’s it. You don’t have to believe in it, because energy work happens independent of the mind. It’s your energy field, not your mind. But we often think we are our minds. Energy happens first, and then the mind has to catch up. It’s always delayed—it’s never on time. The mind is the last to align. So, after making more in one day than I had the entire year, the rest is history. But in two months, I lost it all. Energy got me there, but my mind wasn’t programmed to handle that much money that quickly. My mind reverted back to its comfort zone because it wasn’t used to having that much so fast. It’s like when you’re used to sleeping in a 62-degree room, and when it’s 70 degrees, you feel like it’s too hot and need to lower it. The same goes for money and relationships. If you’re used to a certain amount of love or abundance, anything beyond that too quickly feels uncomfortable. So, I spent the money as quickly as I could—paying for my sister’s tuition, buying a car, going on vacation—because I was uncomfortable with having too much too fast. But I learned that energy can get me there fast, but if I don’t work on my mind, it’ll get rid of it. My approach now is to let energy get me there fast, but I also work on my mind with style. I have the resources to deal with it. How can we shift limiting beliefs quickly, especially if we get something we love or always wanted to manifest? I’m a big believer in environment. For example, I remember when I was in community college, I took a few semesters of Spanish. Then I went to Guatemala for two weeks, and I learned more Spanish in those two weeks than in all the semesters combined. Why? Because everyone around me spoke Spanish, and I had to learn it to survive. So, environment is one of the fastest ways to shift things. If you want to change the world, be around people who have changed the world. Even if it’s uncomfortable, being in that environment energetically affects you. It’s the same for what you read, listen to, and the energy you surround yourself with, like social media. What would his life be like if he knew his father was hiding his biggest gift, and saw his father living a double life, hiding it? How would that affect him? And I was like, "I’ve got to shine my light." To me, the fact that I knew I had to do this was because I wouldn’t have done it for myself, but I would have passed it on to my son. Back then, I was dealing with a lot of father wounds I had to heal. Knowing that I could be the source of his pain, that could affect his life, was my fuel. I thought, "Doesn’t matter if it’s scary. Doesn’t matter if I don’t feel ready. I’m going to burn the ships and go for it." The business was doing well—millions. I’m like, "I’m going to leave this golden parachute behind. I’m going to be a broke healer, or whatever." Because, you know, healers aren’t successful, right? I thought, "I’m going to do this, and let the chips fall where they may. Hopefully, God has a higher plan for me, but I’m surrendering." So, I burned the bridge. I left everything behind and said, "I’m doing this with no path forward. I just feel like I have to do it." How did you ride the wave of uncertainty when you made that jump? You were telling me about that jump recently, and I feel like I’m in the middle of that jump right now. It feels so scary to let go of that parachute. What advice do you have for people who are so scared to burn what they know is their livelihood and are hoping they’ll make money doing what they actually want to do? First of all, I think my path is the only path. Some people I help, they’re not wired like me. I tell them, “Do what you’re doing for now—keep the side hustle, and when it makes more than your regular job, then you can jump.” But I’m not wired that way. For me, I know if I focus all my manifestation energy into one thing, it’ll happen quickly. If I try to fragment it, it’s going to happen very slowly. And I can’t stand slow. That’s one of my biggest pet peeves. My Kabbalah teacher, David Gamm, says that fragmentation is the biggest momentum killer. The more time you put between you and your manifestation, the more chaos can ensue. So, I feel like you in a way where I’m like, "I have to go all in on this one thing." But it’s scary, right? So, I had to go all in, and the results showed up quickly. When it’s the right thing for you, and it’s led by a higher power—universe, God—things speed up. Miracles happen. Getting to that all-in part was hard. I had to have a big enough why. I knew I needed to do it for probably several years, but knowing I needed to do it and actually doing it are two different things. I feel like I’m in that place now, where I’ve known for years, but I also feel like you need to get your why right in check. For me, I feel like a part of me wants to do this for myself, but I know it’s bigger than me. It’s divine, and it can happen through someone else, but why do I want to do it for the world? Here’s the thing: What do I want to bring to the world? I think it depends. For me, in the beginning, I wouldn’t have done it for anyone else. I wouldn’t have done it for me, but I would have done it for my family. When I had my first son, Bren, I stayed in a marriage for a while. If it was just for me, I would’ve been fine—I could’ve dealt with the pain. But when I saw how it was affecting him mentally, emotionally, and spiritually, I thought, “Not one more day.” To me, that was my why. When my why was triggered, I moved fast. For some people, their why is someone else. For others, they’ve been doing everything for everyone else their whole lives, and now their why is for themselves. It’s okay if your why is for you—it just has to be authentic. It has to be real. It can’t be, "My why is for the world," if you’re really just saying that to sound good. It has to be aligned. When you look at your life, what really moves you? What is it that, if it’s on the line, you’ll move? Then, you just have to dig deep to find that why. When you work with celebrities, especially those in challenging public moments like a trial, how do you work with such potent energy? Is it harder when all eyes are on them? No, it’s funny that you mention it, but I actually worked with Gwyneth during her ski trial. There are pictures of her online holding my book—it’s a purple book. On the way to the trial, she was reading it. By that time, I was already working with people from all walks of life, so I was used to that kind of pressure. For me, the more pressure, the better I perform. With her, it was more about pulling her into a higher vibration while she was on trial. I asked, “What are you excited about beyond the trial? What do you want to create? What are you bringing into the world?” Focusing just on the trial keeps you in a low vibration, and that doesn’t work in your favor. If you focus on what you want to create, who you want to help, and the beauty you want to bring into the world, you’re in a high vibration. Things happen faster in that space. It’s not about being in the space; it’s about what vibration you’re in while you’re there. So, for her, that really clicked. She was sitting there day after day in the trial, the world was watching, but she was focusing on positive things. She was journaling, her mind was on higher things, and not just on the human aspects of the trial. You work with so many different types of people. What’s the difference between those who come to you for help during tough times and those who are on a path of continuous growth? There are people who come to me because they’re going through something intense, like a public issue or losing billions online. They just need help getting through that moment. Then there are others, like Jessica Alba, who are always growing, always expanding, and seeking ways to be better. They live their lives aligned with this work—they’re students, always learning. Both groups need help, but they find me for different reasons. Not everyone comes to me because they’re spiritually aligned or conscious. Sometimes, they come because they’re in pain and want to get out of it. What’s next for you? Do you feel like you’re ever evolving and expanding, or are you relishing in the present moment? It’s interesting because if you had asked me 10 years ago where I’d be, I couldn’t have imagined it. And if you asked me two years ago, I couldn’t have predicted where I am now. When we think about goals, we do so from our current level of consciousness. In 90 days, you could grow exponentially and have a completely different answer to what you want. My goal has always been to reach a billion people with my work. I want to certify a million practitioners in 100 different countries. Right now, we’re focusing on research and scientific data—working with scientists who measure the results before and after healing. We’re gathering this data and working on making energy healing and energetic health a normalized conversation in society. People should think of it like mental health, emotional health, and physical health. It shouldn’t be weird to talk about it in schools or hospitals. We’re seeing our work go into mainstream fields like First Responders in Colorado or school districts in the Bay Area. We have practitioners in hospitals doing energy work with doctors, nurses, and patients. It’s getting normalized, and that’s what’s next for me—to make energy healing part of the mainstream.
