Reminder: The preview period for the January refresh ends December 4, 2025.

DFCC Patient Lists and Preview Period Reports are available for download in the Care Compare module within the ESRD Quality Reporting System (EQRS). November preview reports for the January 2026 Care Compare refresh includes data from April 1 to March 31 of the following year.

You may submit comments to CMS on the measures included in this report. Your comments will be shared with CMS but will not appear on the DFCC website. Please contact dialysisdata@umich.edu with your comments and questions.
