Please be informed that Pesonet outlets will be unavailable for cash-in and cash-out transactions during the Special Non-Working Holiday on December 8, 2025, in observance of the Feast of the Immaculate Conception.

Normal Pesonet operations will resume after the holidays.

Instapay transfers will remain available for both cash-in and cash-out during this period. 

Kindly note that some banks or e-wallets may experience intermittent connectivity issues. If you notice that your Instapay transfer is taking  longer than usual to reflect in your PH account, please don't hesitate to contact our support team, ~ we're happy to assist!
