Churchill Road Elementary has been recognized as Distinguished under Virginia's new School Performance and Support Framework. This rating shows that our school is exceeding the state's expectations for student performance. We are so proud!

Dear Churchill Road Families,

We wanted to give some school updates. 

We are so proud to be recognized as Distinguised under Virginia's new School Performance and Support Framework.  This is a true testament to the dedication of our entire staff.

We are also proud of our student attendance record so far this year.  As the chart below shows, our absenteeism rate has dropoped from 7.4% last year to 4.3% to date this school year.

Attendance matters! As we enter the final week of December, we are rapidly approaching the end of the Second Quarter - a critical time for assessments, grade finalization, and reviewing key concepts. Consistent attendance now is more vital than ever to ensure your student completes the semester successfully, is prepared for the holiday break, and starts the new year ready to thrive.
