One bad meal can destroy your fat loss for the entire week.

If you let it.

A guy messaged me Sunday. A picture of brunch. Pancakes, mimosas, and cake.

His next text: “Back on track tomorrow”

That mindset will make you fat.

Researcher Carol Dweck calls this a 'Fixed Mindset'.

I go deeper on this in today's video (The Psychology of Losing Fat)

A 1,000 calorie brunch turns into a "fck it" 3,000 calorie day… and so on.

The damage didn’t come from the brunch. It came from deciding the day was a write-off.

Your body doesn't give a shit if you ate 2000 calories of KFC.

If you stay on track for the day and (more importantly) the rest of the week...

You. Will. Lose. Fat.

After a slip-up, your only job is to get back on track:

  • Log your food for the day

  • Go for a 10-minute walk

  • Move on right away, and don't let it drag

When you stop turning small mistakes into big stories, fat loss becomes inevitable.

No more pity parties.
