The Original Series is the direct line from our Danish Custom Shop.
In this Original collection, we bring all the signature elements we've been developing since 2015 into the best guitars we can make at a more accessible price point. Built to feel right the moment you pick it up.
We're now on the 5th year of perfecting what an Original Series model should bring to the stage. And it's a journey that never ends.
Each instrument is crafted based on the same drawings, specifications, and principles we use in our Custom Shop in Denmark.
They include all the in-house engineered and custom-made hardware like our Baum Precision Tuners™, TrueTone Tremolo™, and the Levitator roller-bridge™. And our own pickup brand Goldsound® winding custom-made pickups only for the Baum sound.
All Baum instruments are carefully set up here by our tech team – they're fellow musicians who bring next-level care to how a good instrument should feel and play when you pick it up.
In other words, we don't make compromises.
It's a constant development cycle: we create, we learn, we update - repeat this. Everything we learn in our custom shop is applied to our Original Series, so you always get the most authentic Baum experience.
