We've made it to our final newsletter before Christmas! With celebrations already underway or just around the corner, we wanted to share a gentle reminder with you that Christmas is a time to enjoy yourself, celebrate, and spend time with friends and family. Whatever Christmas looks like for you, enjoying the foods and drinks you love is all part of the fun.
A few roast potatoes, a glass of prosecco, or some chocolates won't undo your progress or derail your health goals. Real progress is built on what you do most of the time, and allowing yourself to enjoy treats in moderation, without guilt, actually supports long-term success and a healthy relationship with food.
