DECEMBER 24, 2025

Earlier this week, we published the list of Vulture’s 20 most-read articles of 2025. It’s a wonderful collection we think is just about perfect, save for one unfortunate fact: It contains only 20 stories. We ran many more this year that are worth your time — ranging from engrossing features that just missed the cut to quiet gems that deserved more attention. Here are ten other picks we think you’ll enjoy.

But no revisitation of our 2025 archive would be complete without a celebration of the work we produced as part of our mission to find new ways to connect with our readers. We launched a handful of video series (including a watchable reinvention of our long-running podcast Good One and an interview-oriented adaptation of our popular game Cinematrix), turbocharged our social operation, and invigorated our newsletters. (Plus we launched Cinematrix merch.)

You’ll find a selection of our favorite videos and social posts below, and you can expect us to continue inventing new ways to broaden the Vulture experience. More helpful material for anxious parents wandering aimlessly in the kids’-entertainment wilderness? An awards-season podcast collaboration with Blank Check? Expanded reality-TV coverage? Stay tuned.
