What’s changing?

It will now be called Members.

Levels will be called Tiers; there will be a total of four Tiers.

Benefits will be restructured to provide you with the best experience.

What to expect?

A new look and feel, plus a new Tier structure.

You can continue to use your selected benefits until Members launches in January 2026, when your new benefits become available.

You can carry on earning points and redeeming cash rewards as normal. Your existing points will be carried over into the new year.

Logging in will be exactly the same as before, we will take care of everything else.
