Things are changing in 2026.

I'm going back to focus more on DFY work... and already have lots of exciting projects in the works.

Here's why...

AI is changing at lightening speed, and by the time I've bedded down a system and then share it as a product or course - things have changed again!

I love teaching. I love showing people what's possible with AI, helping them see how it can transform their business, watching them have those lightbulb moments.

But the thing I love even more? Actually building the systems.

Getting into the backend of someone's business, figuring out where the bottlenecks are, creating bespoke tools that solve their specific problems... that's where I light up.

So that's where my focus is going to be.

I'm also keeping the AI Growth Lab - which is the space where I help my clients implement these systems in their businesses (it's a done-with-you set up).

To give you an example, I have a client I'll be working with in 2026 (7 fig business) who I'll be building out a suite of automations to help with their marketing.

Worth around 5-figures to me as their service provider (this client charges up to 6-figures for their projects, don't have time to do it themselves, and will pay to outsource)

Those same systems?

I can show my AI Growth Lab people how to set them up for their specific businesses (at 10% of the DFY price).

The solution is the same, the effect on their businesses are relatively similar - but the Growth Lab is about having me help you to learn how to do it for yourself.

But it's not a course, it's a space where I help you build what YOU need, kind of like having me in your back pocket.
