2025 is coming to an end, and we’re grateful for a successful year. For the first time, we surpassed 500,000 sales worldwide, and we couldn’t be more thankful! With a mix of proven classics and exciting new developments, we clearly hit the mark with our customers while significantly expanding our software marketplace. In November, we headed to the mountains to enjoy a few wonderful days together–because we don't just do software, we do celebrations, too!
Alongside new additions from our own ranks, such as Photo 3D #1, we continued to work diligently on our bestselling favorites like Backup, PDF Pro, and WinOptimizer. At the same time, we searched for–and found–renowned new partners for our marketplace, which now features nearly 400 items. Meanwhile, our support team handled more than 120,000 inquiries from around the world and achieved a 92% customer satisfaction rate–kudos! |  | | Ashampoo Labs, our space for up-and-coming developers, truly flourished this year. Numerous programs such as Windows Product Key Viewer, Action Click, the AI translation tool LocaLingo, or Folder Styler attracted international media attention and reached hundreds of thousands of downloads. We’re excited for more fresh ideas and are always happy to support new talent all the way to release! |  | In November, we braved the gloomy weather, packed our bags, and spent four fantastic days at The Hearts Hotel in the Harz mountains. Between alpine games, ice stock sports, hikes, and a game night that ended in bold karaoke performances, time flew by. And after the amazing final celebration, one thing remained: unforgettable moments and even more team spirit!
Of course, none of these projects would have been possible without new team members. Fortunately, we welcomed not only outstanding professionals but also wonderful people who blended seamlessly into their teams. Together with our newcomers, we continue building our “Home of Software” to help you find the perfect software every time. A warm welcome to all of them: |  | Our roadmap for 2026 is packed to the brim but still leaves room for fresh ideas and true innovation. Our classics like WinOptimizer, Backup, and Burning Studio are already set, as are Office, UnInstaller, and a new Photo Commander. We’re also working on new projects in the photo and video fields, which we’re very excited about. We plan to release at least one product every month, so next year will be as busy as ever!
We’re incredibly grateful to have completed this year successfully and with a healthy team. Our customers have remained loyal, many for decades, which is far from guaranteed in today’s fast-paced world. In 2026, we will continue to offer high-quality software at fair prices, that's a promise!
Once again this year, we’ve prepared something special for our donation sale. You can get our software highlights today only at a New Year’s Eve special price of $12, and we will donate 20% of the proceeds to TrostReich, the Oldenburg-based bereavement support organization for young people. This nonprofit association supports minors who have lost someone close and accompanies them through this difficult time. We’re very proud to support this important and often challenging mission!
