Last-second field goal gives Illinois the 30-28 Music City Bowl victory over Tennessee

Illinois made program history in its second straight bowl win. For the first time, the Illini (9-4) won nine or more games in back-to-back seasons. Quarterback Luke Altmyer completed 20 of 33 passes for 196 yards and a touchdown and was named the game’s MVP.
