Every December, we all do it.
We make a list of resolutions. A long one. And by January 18th (yes, there's a date), most of it quietly disappears. So, before 2026 starts running faster than our good intentions, we thought we’d give you a head start. Less pressure. More clarity. More you.
Your (Actually Doable) New Year’s Resolutions
|
- Build habits you won’t ghost after week two
Keep them small enough to stick. Start with a single leaf of lettuce a day instead of a whole salad.
- Celebrate progress, not perfection
Did you get your inbox to zero? Win. Did you think really hard about getting your inbox to zero but got distracted by a really cool welcome email? Also win.
- Make space for things that matter
Your calendar is not a Tetris game; stop trying to make every block fit. If it doesn’t spark joy (or at least mild tolerance), decline.
- Be kinder (to others, sure), but especially to yourself
2025 was several years stacked in a trenchcoat. 2026 will likely be a long one as well. You’re allowed to go slow.
- Don’t forget the fun
Add something that brings genuine delight: try a new hobby. Bake something weird. Adopt a houseplant and try not to kill it this time.

Here’s to a year that feels lighter, kinder, funnier, and just challenging enough to keep things interesting.
Happy New Year!
