I have a lot of moving pieces going on in my business right now. In moments like this, it can be easy to let things slip away. When everything feels important, it starts to feel like everything has to be done at once. Today, I want to show you how I am making progress one day at a time. My hope is that you can learn from my experience so you do not have to learn the hard way through your own failures. LFG. 🔥 The Transition To Copyblogger AcademyAs you know, I moved all of the material from my Machine Method community and combined it with everything inside Copyblogger Academy. I knew this was the right move. It brings everything under one roof and makes it much easier for me to deliver an incredible product. Simple is better, and this decision dramatically simplifies the experience for my customers. That said, simplification often comes with a hidden cost. Behind the scenes, there has been a lot of work to pull everything together and create a cohesive brand that truly unifies the message. Right now, almost all of the courses have been transitioned. My main focus is rebuilding the landing pages so they clearly reflect the new and improved products. Here Are The New Landing PagesI decided that all of the landing pages should live on copyblogger.com. In the past, we built them on copybloggeracademy.com, and while both approaches work, I want everything to feel as streamlined as possible. The first step was getting a landing page up on the root domain. The challenge is that I do not currently have page templates that meet my standards for design and clarity. So this is where I am at today. For the last three weeks, I have been working closely with one of my designers to create a landing page that accurately reflects the product and clearly communicates just how valuable it is. Take a look below. You Get Better By Making 1% Improvements Every DayOne thing I have noticed about writing this newsletter every day is that it forces me to come back to the lessons that matter most. Lately, I have been feeling frustrated that things are not moving faster. But progress moves at the speed it moves. I know real momentum is building with Copyblogger and Quantum Leads, even when it does not feel dramatic in the moment. Everything is coming together exactly the way it should. The value of daily improvement cannot be overstated. The alternative is stagnation, and that path leads nowhere. Most people approach a project with one goal in mind. They want it finished. I have never operated that way. To me, there is no true finish line. Nothing is ever really done. The work evolves, flows, and naturally leads into whatever comes next. I do not think in terms of start dates and end dates when it comes to big projects. When this landing page is complete, we move on to the landing page for The Accelerator. After that, it is on to the next thing, and then the next. Do not get stuck in your head trying to complete everything at once. It is far easier and far more effective to focus on small, meaningful tasks every day as part of a continual process of improvement. A year from now, you will be shocked by how far you have come.
