Hi Rob,
For most of modern history, we’ve been taught to think about healing as something that comes from the outside in.
A pill.
A procedure.
A protocol.
But some of the most profound breakthroughs in science over the last few decades point in a very different direction:
That the body already knows how to repair, regenerate, and rebalance —
when it’s given the right signals.
One of the most researched ways to provide those signals is something remarkably simple:
Light.
Specifically, what’s known as red light therapy (or photobiomodulation) — a field backed by more than 6,000 peer-reviewed scientific studies exploring its effects on cellular energy, tissue repair, brain function, metabolism, and aging.
And yet… most people have no idea how it actually works — or how to use it properly.
That’s why I want to share something I trust.
My colleague Ari Whitten has just released a fully revised and expanded edition of “The Ultimate Guide to Red Light Therapy”, co-authored with Dr. Michael Hamblin, a retired Harvard professor and one of the world’s leading researchers in this field.
