I got trained on marketing to help people at scale, and I want more people doing that.

I feel obsessed about it.

It's why I still show up, still write this for you, though I could have retired in 2010.

As you know, I've also spent that time in deep study about human behavior, high-performance, consciousness, neuroscience, psychology, sociology.

I love the great biographies, too, and deeper studies in philosophy.

It's the research and "oomph" that powers all my famous frameworks, ideas for my books, and the ability to teach without notes for 9 hours onstage or 2hrs every single week online.

Two truths that always stand out to me about humans are:

1. HOW UNPREPARED people are for obvious changes, and

2. How there is SO MUCH MORE OPPORTUNITY than they are seeing at any stage of their life.

I honestly think these truths are coming to a head for entrepreneurs right now, especially with AI.

Some of you know how early I was in AI.

From investments in startups, to building my first clone 6 years ago, to leveraging ai now to understand my best content and customers. To making more, reaching more people with precision, excellence, and yes, authenticity.

But in talking with friends recently, especially creators, coaches, trainers, experts...

I see the two truths hitting hard. Unprepared.

Missing the opportunity.

So I'm going to use some language here that I usually don't.

Hopefully, it inspires or compels urgency.

I wrote this the other day and it really, really hit for some people. I got tons of texts about it...

I’m going to say the thing that most entrepreneurs are too scared to say out loud...

You secretly know that you might be building a dying business or working a job gone in 6 months.

Because AI is changing it all, now. Immediately.

You know that you need to pivot to fully-enabled AI processes now to replace dumb processes but also to radically amplify your reach and revenue.

Do you realize how PROFOUNDLY and FAST the current AI tools can help:

- create your content, perfectly in your voice

- distribute it more widely, instantly with impact

- make more sales automatically, online and on phone

- scale greater impact through AI networks?

(And yeah even if you're not into the "creator" stuff, trust me every process will need AI in months not years).

It's the GREATEST OPPORTUNITY you are going to have in your lifetime.

I mean that, far more seriously than most people think.

I was fortunate to be part of the "first wave," the online world where we could create content, make offers, and reach millions of people fast.

Internet. Social media. 2005-2025 was especially a massive hundred million dollar stretch for those who "got it" and trained themselves to win with content, personal branding, online marketing, irresistible offers and great services.

But that was TIIINNNNNNYYYYY.

Listen, I know AI is super confusing.

But now you must LEARN. Now.

Bc everyone I talk to knows their current offers won’t print real wealth in future years.

And anyone with a normal "job" will have to learn how AI intersects with, amplifies, replaces, and also overlaps in commerce.

If you're still entrepreneurial, you KNOW.

You feel the pressure of the AI revolution breathing down your neck, knowing you should be using it, but not knowing how to implement it without breaking what’s already working.

But that stress gets relieved, and you get scaling, once you understand what I call the new models of building "generative empires."

Build You Generative Empire.

That video will change your life.

This is not a fad.

This is the demarcation line where most people lose, and the few who enable and expand their brand and business with AI truly win.

The opportunity is massive.

So I'm not messing around with trying to "hook you" or "get you interested."

I'm focusing on what I do best, what you've known me to be exceptional at for 20 years ... TRAINING.

My career has always rested on my ability to explain things well and teach you to change behavior and perform well in the direction of your purpose.

I've always said that TRAINING is the only thing that gets you in the game.

You have to TRAIN your mindset. But also your skillsets. And AI is the greatest skillset you will learn for the next decade of your life.

You need TRAINING for this next era of business. Not videos. TRAINING.

Or you can keep bookmarking "ideas" and "tactics" and hope to figure out how to bring it all together in a system that's running and expanding your reach and empire.
