Keto and carnivore diet advocates claim it's been unfairly demonized. Social media influencers are telling you to eat more butter. Prominent political leaders are saying it’s time to “end the war on saturated fat.”

Meanwhile, the American Heart Association, World Health Organization, Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics, American Diabetes Association, American Cancer Society, and American Medical Association are all saying that limiting saturated fat reduces your risk of heart disease and diabetes.
