Colorado Democrats float big changes aimed at reforming income taxes and unleashing state spending

“This is the time for Coloradans to ask themselves, ‘How much do we care about our kids?’ And to figure out what we need to do as proper and adjusted investments,” added state Rep. Jennifer Bacon, a Denver Democrat who plans to sponsor the bill when it’s introduced.
