Doors open at 5:45pm. Pizza, drinks, and snacks can be purchased. $5 entry per person. Everyone needs a ticket - parents, students, and younger siblings!
Design the 2025-26 GBW Yearbook Cover!
Our Theme is:
“PANDA PRIDE”
Due Date: February 6, 2026
- Submit your artwork on a standard 8 ½” x 11” sheet of printer paper.
- Extend your artwork all the way to the edge of the paper.
- The artwork must include the following: “Greenbriar West Elementary”, “2025-2026” and the theme “PANDA PRIDE” in bold, clear, and neatly done lettering.
- All TEXT must be kept within the 7 ½” x 10” interior parameter of the paper. This prevents any text or design elements from being cut off.
- Write your name neatly in the lower right corner (within the interior parameter).
- Complete the entry form at the bottom of this flyer and attach it to the back of your artwork.
You can use markers, crayons, paint, or colored pencils, but outline your letters and images, like a coloring book, so that they stand out. Bold and bright colors work best; light, soft colors do not always print well. No 3-D artwork. Artwork should be done by a GBW student, not an adult.
Please ensure that your artwork depicts the theme – if it does not, it will not be considered. There will be one winner for the front cover, one winner for the back cover, with runners-up placed throughout the yearbook.
All entries must be turned in by January 23, 2026. No entries will be considered after that date. Place artwork in the box marked “Yearbook” in the GBW office. Winners will be announced on WGBW the following week.

JOIN GBW PTA!
It's time to join the GBW PTA for 2025-2026! Each new school year brings a new budget and new plans, so even if you have joined in a previous school year, we need your support again!
Please consider joining the GBW PTA to support the programs and activities that are planned for this year. The PTA is responsible for bringing assemblies to students, supporting teachers with a classroom stipend, and planning community events like the I Heart Panda Dance and One Greenbriar Basketball Game.
We also need LOTS of volunteers to make all of our programs happen this year! If you want to get involved, but aren't sure how to or what you can do, please reach out to us at: GreenbriarWestPTA@gmail.com. We have volunteer work during the day or in the evenings, as well as scheduled events, and job shadowing to learn to be a PTA leader in the future.
