So I’m sitting here after another very long night emailing you from my phone because my computer is hooked up to cameras, screens, cables… it honestly looks like a bowl of spaghetti right now.

I’ve been thinking about this session all damn night.

Because I don’t take this responsibility lightly.

(quick aside: check this out - pulling out all the tech wizadry for this one, angles galore!)

And getting back to why I’m doing this for you, well, I know what it feels like to be stuck on the guitar. to practice hard, to care…

But still feel like you’re missing something.

I was there.

Practiced my ass off for years until I finally realized it wasn’t about effort anymore, it was about focus and knowing what actually matters.

That’s what tonight’s all about.

Maybe a few of those other lessons you learn, not on the guitar, but the life lessons as we grow older have taught me more about playing guitar than actually playing the guitar, ya know?
