Notice of Limited Operations During 2026 Lunar New Year
Dear Reap Member,
Service availability will be limited during the 2026 Lunar New Year public holidays in Hong Kong from 17 to 19 February. Certain services will operate with limitations, and response times may be extended during this period.

Key Dates & Timelines

Payment Processing
  • Payments should be initiated and funded by 1:00pm (UTC+8) on 16 February 2026 for processing ahead of the holiday period, subject to bank cut-offs and clearing timelines.
  • Payment processing is dependent on the operating hours of our banking partners in Hong Kong. During the Lunar New Year public holidays, our banking partners will not be able to process payouts or support payment amendments or recalls.
  • Payment processing will resume on Friday, 20 February 2026, with completion times subject to standard banking and clearing timelines.
Reap Dashboard
  • Payment instructions may continue to be submitted via the Reap Dashboard during the holiday period; however, submitted instructions will not be processed until services resume in line with the schedule above.
