As 2025 concludes, we reflect on a year defined by consistent progress and tangible results. Supported by our dedicated team and growing global community, Revopoint advanced in every key area.
This year, we set internal records with five product launches, expanded our software ecosystem, ran a successful Kickstarter, engaged at major trade shows, and made a measurable impact across industries.

Building on the successful launch of the MetroX scanner at the end of 2024, we introduced our most ambitious lineup yet.
Launched in May, this optical tracking solution enables marker-free scanning, streamlining setup and improving accuracy for large-scale projects. Its nearly $2 million Kickstarter campaign set a strong tone for the year.
This next-generation entry-level scanner combines dual-camera infrared structured light with infrared multi-line laser technology. As the only sub-$500 model with these capabilities, it makes advanced 3D scanning accessible to a new wave of creators.
Both Our most advanced handheld scanners to date. Featuring multi-line blue laser technology and accuracy up to 0.01 mm, they are built for demanding engineering and inspection tasks.
The newest industrial-grade member of the MetroX series, launched at year's end. It offers volumetric accuracy of 0.02 + 0.04 mm × L (m) and four scanning modes for unmatched versatility.

An Ecosystem That Works With You
This year, Revopoint introduced a more complete and unified 3D software ecosystem designed to support scanning, processing, measurement, and presentation across a wide range of workflows. Each application is offered separately, allowing users to choose the tools that match their needs.
Revo Scan received major updates this year, driven directly by user feedback. The user interface was refined, tracking performance was enhanced, and processing times were shortened. To support our new range of laser scanners, Revo Track and Revo Metro were introduced this year, offering flexible scanning and post-processing options.
Multiple Revo Design variants were released to support streamlined scan-to-CAD creation for hobbyists to professionals.
Revo Measure was introduced, offering a robust set of tools for measurement and inspection tasks, including GD&T features. Its PTB certification confirms that its measurement results meet recognized accuracy standards.
Revo Mirror was also launched this year, providing real-time screen mirroring from a PC to a mobile device so users can track scans more easily during demonstrations, training, or mobile workflows.

Revopoint Across Industries
This year, Revopoint scanners supported professionals and creators across a wide range of fields. Their work shows how reliable scan data can strengthen accessibility projects, preserve heritage, and streamline engineering tasks.
Making Heritage Accessible Through Touch
MIRACO Plus helped the Museo del Futuro project by capturing prehistoric artifacts for documentation and creating tactile 3D reproductions. These models let visually impaired visitors interact with the collection through touch, broadening access to historical materials.

Scan It, Build It, Boost It
Rulof used the INSPIRE 2 to reverse engineer components for a custom mechanical supercharging system built from repurposed bicycle chains and gears. Starting with accurate scan data made the design and prototyping process more efficient and enhanced the final performance of the electric scooter.
Measure Twice, Weld Once
For Lajos Turi , a designer and engineer working on performance car parts, scanning a BMW E46 Coupe's body and chassis provided an accurate digital reference for fabrication. The data aids in planning and designing engine and drivetrain swaps, suspension modifications, cooling system layouts, body kit development, and roll cage installation, reducing rework and ensuring better fitment.
This year, our work was recognized not only by users but also by respected testing and certification bodies. Trackit received CNAS‑recognized industrial-grade accuracy certification, and Revo Measure earned PTB certification, confirming that its measurement results meet established accuracy standards. These validations show that our hardware and measurement workflows are designed to meet professional standards.

Meeting the Industry Face to Face
We participated in major events worldwide this year, including Vision China, TCT Asia, RAPID + TCT in Detroit, Control in Stuttgart, and Formnext in Frankfurt, as well as creator and digital industry gatherings like SIGGRAPH Asia. These shows offered opportunities for hands-on evaluation, technical discussions, and direct feedback from professionals who rely on accurate, efficient scanning in their daily work.
2025 saw steady growth in product lines, software, and industrial capacity, reflected in improved workflows, broader adoption, and a stronger market presence.
Thanks to everyone who scanned, tested, reported issues, and helped improve our tools. We'll keep striving forward in 2026.
