Reading this made my blood boil.
A boss was tracking their employee's exact clock-out time.
Demanding they make up 3 minutes by either skipping lunch or staying late.
It's INSANE!!!
The way I see it, all founders have a secret motivation.
> Money
> Status
> Impact
But mine?
Never getting an email like this ever again.
I never want someone tracking my bathroom breaks.
I never want to justify taking a slightly longer lunch.
That's why I started my own thing.
And that's why you should too.
Because every day you wait is another day of crazy emails like this.
Another day of someone else controlling your time.
