As far as plot lines go, the one in Canadian film
Nirvanna the Band the Show the Movie is a bit of a doozy: it follows two dorky musicians whose only goal in life is to play the Rivoli, a Toronto club of middling repute. And it involves time travel. Did we mention it’s Canadian? As film critic Barry Hertz writes,
