We are updating the Jurisdiction Specific Terms and TikTok Controller to Controller Data Terms.

We have (i) added new international data transfer clauses required by Brazilian law,

(ii) made the EU/UK/Swiss provisions clearer by moving (without changing) certain sections (e.g. into separate, hyperlinked Data Processing Terms and Minimum Security Measures);

and (iii) improved the 'Description of the Processing' in the Controller to Controller Data Terms.

These changes take effect on the date of this notice.
