Our Terms and Privacy Policy are changing

We’re updating our Terms of Service, Payments Terms of Service, other terms and policies including those listed below (“Terms”), and our Privacy Policy.

These updates will support our evolving business and new features, provide additional clarity regarding how personal information is processed, and address upcoming laws and regulations.

The updated Terms and Privacy Policy will generally go into effect for existing users on April 20, 2026. After that date, you will need to agree to the updated Terms and acknowledge the updated Privacy Policy in order to book or manage reservations. 

Your use of the Airbnb Platform from that date onward will be subject to the updated Privacy Policy. We encourage you to review the updated Terms and Privacy Policy in full and download hard copies for your reference.
