Hey dupa,

I know it’s already February, but I wanted to share something that’s been on my mind since the start of the year:

I’ve never been big on New Year's resolutions.

But this year, something clicked for me, and I wanted to share it:

For 2026, I’m committing to making mistakes of action.

Here’s what I mean:

In the last 2 or 3 years, I’ve moved slowly.

That’s served me well in areas like emotional regulation, thinking before I speak, and trying to be more present.

But if I’m being honest, that mindset can also lead to analysis paralysis.

So, this year, I’m shifting gears.

I want to make more mistakes, but action mistakes. If I mess up, fine. At least I’m moving forward.

And just to be real… I've already put this into practice.

Last month, I spontaneously adopted a 65 pound Cane Corso/German Shephard puppy (he’ll weigh morre soon!).

It’s only been a month, but let me tell you, it’s been a crash course in energetic boundaries
