We had an incredible evening and are so grateful to everyone who braved the cold and joined us for the fun. From bidding on amazing baskets, to admiring the student artwork, to winning those delicious breakfast bunches, the energyFriday Night was truly fantastic!
A special and heartfelt thank you to all of our volunteers! We simply couldn’t have done this without you. Your time, creativity, and hard work made the night run smoothly and made the event unforgettable for our families.

Enrichment Coordinator Wanted!
Are you interested in picking the enrichment programs for Bush Hill? We need a new coordinator or these programs won’t happen. Opportunity to shadow current coordinator through the spring set up of classes and then take over for SY 26-27. Any interest reach out to the PTA email, we would love to have your help!
Girls on the Run Registration Is Open!
Join the Bush Hill Girls on the Run Team for the 2026 season! Registration is now open and will remain open through February 23. Girls in 3rd–6th grade can register here: https://www.gotrnova.org/3rd-5th-grade-program-details
The season will kick off on Tuesday, March 3rd. Practices will be Tuesdays from 8-9 am and Fridays from 4-5 pm.
We’re also looking for coaches! If you’re interested in supporting this amazing program, please reach out to Danielle Bierzynski (danielle.bierzynski@gmail.com) and Natalie Montero (nkmontero@fcps.edu), and we’ll share more information.

Bush Hill Family Science Night is Tuesday, February 24!
The Children’s Science Center Lab team will be onsite to demonstrate each station, and we’re looking for volunteers (age 16 or older) to help support the hands‑on activities. It’s sure to be a fantastic evening of discovery, experimentation, and fun for our families!
Get ready for an exciting menu of interactive science stations designed for curious minds of all ages.
We Need Your Help!
Volunteers are needed from 5:15 p.m. to 7:45 p.m., and we kindly ask that you plan to stay for the full shift to keep the event running smoothly.

Get ready for a colorful, toe-tapping adventure as Seussical comes to the stage!
