I
was completely and utterly spoiled for my birthday… and my heart is
still full.
Bert surprised me with six beautiful days in
Mexico, Isla Mujeres and Playa Del Carmen, and there was only one
rule.
I had to unplug.
No emails. No
meetings. No “just checking in.”
Just
presence.
He organized everything. Flights, hotels, little
adventures, and even time with dear friends. One of my favorite moments was
watching the sunset from my friend Misty's jungle sanctuary above the
canopy. Absolute magic.  But here's what really stayed with me.
It wasn't
the big experiences that felt the most abundant. It was the little
moments.
A sundowner on the beach with deep conversation.
Renting a golf cart and exploring the island. Walking hand in hand through
the markets. Laughing until our bellies hurt with friends.
That's abundance. Not the destination. Not the price tag. But the
presence.
When you consciously appreciate small, beautiful
moments, you recalibrate your nervous system for more joy, love, and
prosperity. You are literally retraining your inner thermostat.
You don't need to travel to Mexico to begin.
You can start
today.

Each morning, before you reach
